Privacy Policy
We do not sell personal information. Equanimity AI Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
SMS Authentication and Messaging Consent
Equanimity AI Inc. uses SMS solely to deliver one-time passcodes for Beacon account authentication, account verification, and security checks. We do not send marketing, promotional, clinical, appointment, or care-related content by SMS.
SMS authentication is optional. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of creating a Beacon account or of using the Beacon service. Email authentication is available, and a user may create an account, sign in, and use Beacon fully without providing a mobile phone number and without ever receiving a text message.
A user consents to receive SMS one-time passcodes by choosing SMS as the delivery method for their security code and providing a mobile phone number for that purpose. Choosing email instead means no SMS is sent. Consent is not obtained through acceptance of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. Your mobile number is used for authentication and security purposes only.
Message frequency varies based on the number of authentication codes requested. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS authentication messages. Users may reply HELP for assistance where supported or contact info@equanimity-ai.com.
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging-consent data. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process mobile information only as necessary to provide authentication, security, hosting, support, and related operational services on our behalf and subject to appropriate safeguards.
